Just all super friendly and hospitable. Felt super homey. Breakfast was great and common room was very cozy with fireplace and boardgames etc. Room was a big surprise and much better than expected. Pictures dont do it justice and bed was huge.

Perfect location for touring this wonderful area (and you really don’t need to go far for incredible scenery, fabulous walks and brilliant curving roads - the C28 is a dream); the food was splendid and the staff all delightful.
