We liked the size of the room, the design, the modern feel, the lift, the fridge in the room, walk in shower, light setup, sound proof windows, comfortable pillows, comfortable bed linnen, cleanliness, hairdryer, desk & chair, charging ports next to the bed, super kind and helpful staff The rooftop is really nice as well to have a moment to yourself Quiet hotel with respectful guests *We loved the pizza from “URBAN Pizza”, one of the best pizzas we’ve had!! *We loved the automated 24 hour shops “Pica & Pica 24H”, super handy in the evening (safe area in the evening to walk * Another automated shop is “Stop 24 Horas”, (feels less safe to walk in evening) *Try ensaimada with cream or traditional ensaimada in “Panord” or “Forn Sant Fransesc” *Parking; “Parking Plaza Mallorca” is a bit small when you’re traveling with a big car, best to leave your car in the area of this underground parking (where there are no blue parking lines) Super friendly Miguel and Niko and the young man that cleans the bedrooms ? What could be better? • No wheels under the the bed would be great, we would wake up in the morning and there would be a gap between us • A small kettle would be nice to have in the bedroom to make tea

Nice house, great because almost every room had air-conditioning. Further on a lot of well equipped rooms and kitchen. During the stay our coffemachine was broken, within a few hours the owner brought us a spare one. The host is available and very helpfull. Thereby sometimes hosts are very demanding and visible, in this case she did not disturb us but was there when we needed her. Host gave us tips on whatsapp if we asked for it. The pool was nice, great bbq and all facilities where there.

Inca is home to many permanent island residents and is less of a destination, more of a place to stay. Down town historical district, shops and weekly markets are bustling and similar to surrounding towns, but the scale of Inca translates into less of a "small vacation town" feeling. Overall, Inca is centrally located with some great local B&Bs and boutique hotels [Sa Vinya des Convent is a great example] that will serve you well if you are planning to stay in Inca for more than 2 weeks. The surrounding hilly areas both north and south of the highway also have many many beautiful small finca style properties that are surrounded by farm animals and benefit from a cooler afternoon breeze than one experiences in downtown Inca. Inca is also a great origin for bike touring in that you can experience a large variety of bike routes originating from Inca that will take you in all directions from rolling farms to small hilltop hamlets to the mountain rides of the Serra De Tramuntana.

The best location to visit all sides of the island.

The best location to visit all sides of the island. I would definitely recommend hiring a car! Town centre has all you need so no need to travel to any neighbouring towns - just a 25 minute drive to the airport and a lovely outlet shopping centre just 10 minutes away!

Inca gets a bad reputation for being the industrial...

Inca gets a bad reputation for being the industrial backwater of Mallorca. But the downtown has a couple charming plazas and streets, and the location is about as good as it gets without being crowded or touristy. In fact, there's really nothing that feels touristy about Inca. But, it's close to Sierra Tramuntana, Palma, and Pollenca.

Firstly the hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy to get to and check in. It's right in the middle of Inca, and less than 10 mins walk away from 10s of top rated restaurants (some as close as 3 mins walk). The underground and secure car park you have access to is a short 5 mins walk. Miguel was incredibly helpful and quick to respond.

Amazing property! Would recommend. Car hire necessary. All rooms great size for a family of 5. Pool cleaned every few days. Dispose of rubbish yourself - plenty of places in Inca. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Balcony amazing for star gazing and sunrise. Beautiful place for a holiday.

Our host, Petra was amazing. Centrally located but the standout were the rooms. Lived up to its ‘boutique’ title. Lots of love, care and attention went into this wonderful hotel.
