It was a wonderful stay. The room was very clean with a beautiful view, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed a lovely forest walk. The people were very kind and even gave snacks for our dog, which made us feel especially welcome. We had a lovely time and hope to come back!

Easy access, good communication from the owner. No issues and able to contact if there were any problems. The location is fantastic and so quiet and peaceful. Everything you need in an apartment from utensils to towels.

Lovely little taverna, spacious room and bathroom both nice and clean. Price (in March at least) was very cheap with food and drink available in the bar downstairs. Beautiful village and surrounding area, I had intended just to stop over for one night in my way back up from Spain into France but stayed an extra night to do a little exploring in the surrounding mountain road and beautiful coast line (I was on a motorcycle tour). Hadn't expected such amazing scenery and wonderful roads. I highly recommend staying here, but be aware that the staff (the ones that I met on my stay anyway) spoke no English at all. This shouldn't be a problem though, the 4G mobile signal is very strong so you can muddle through with Google Translate if you don't speak any Spanish.

Great place, its a wonderful place with lots of history,...

Great place, its a wonderful place with lots of history, just nice to stroll around the village, visiting the small cafes, buying local cheeses. plus go to the Catholic Church is a must to visit, especially when there is Mass. There a wonderful walking tracks, to get all the information on tracks and places to visit, take a stroll to the information centre which is in the old Railway station, the staff there are sooooo helpful and nice, plus they have no problem explaining everything to you! If you like history visist the old Astiz homestead, if you are lucky you could get a detailed explanation by the wonderful guide.

Breakfast was only adequate. The bed was comfortable but the single (long) pillow was not. A bit noisy but that was to bit expected as the room's balcony (which was a nice touch) was over the street between the two hotel buildings.

Historic hotel in a quaint mountain town. Loved the scenery and ease of check in. We booked for the purpose of attending the San Fermin festival which was only a short drive away. Would book again!
