We thoroughly enjoyed the historical public park, El Retiro, and appreciated the insights gained from local guided tours. The food was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the local restaurants in the Alcalá area and Madrid Center.Madrid is a vibrant city, but we felt compelled to note the significant decline in the condition of Plaza Mayor and the surrounding areas. We recommend this be addressed.

Madrid is a very fun city with lots to see and do! The pop up Christmas markets were so much fun along with just walking around with the city decorated for Christmas!!! Had a wonderful family vacation in Madrid!

The tv was in Spanish no English at all. We ate cereal fruits, coffee in the morning we ate out lunch and dinner. Getting around madrid is easy, just a lot of walking which should be expected though we're in our 70s.

Madrid is probably THE best European city.
Madrid is probably THE best European city. Fantastic architecture; beautiful parks and gardens; wonderful museums; fantastic restaurants and markets.
Walking is easy and very safe. Public transport is great.

Madrid easily became one of my favourite cities; it had me at ¡hola!
It’s well organised, accessible, easy to get around and filled with every amenity and attraction you can imagine!
It’s truly a world class city!
We loved Amicis restaurant! Also loved Steak Burger (went three times).
It’s important to see a flamenco show. You understand the rhythm and passion of the people through that dance!
Walking the city was a breeze, and there are so many things from architecture, to monuments that arrest your attention while walking.
The guided tour of the place conducted by Beatrix is 10/10 WILL RECOMMEND AND DO AGAIN!
The private segway tour was also exceptional! Loved it so much that I ordered a personal Segway after the tour.
This is a city that I would return to anytime!

A beautiful hotel with great location, clean rooms and very nice staff.
The airport was just half an hour away with metro and you can get to the city centre easily too (the subway system is great in Madrid generally).
The whole hotel has this interesting design to it, that I liked the lot, especially the hall area where you can grab a drink, watch TV with others or just have a chat.
It's a shame we only stayed just a few nights, but definitely thinking about retourning if we visit Madrid again!

This is a fantastic hotel. Rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Madrid as well as to the train station. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just one night . Clean and comfy hotel in city centre
