Driving on my way home to Germany, I injured a hand. Having an overnight reservation at the Ibis, Mollet, I registered, deposited my luggage and left my pet dog in the room before proceeding to the Mollet Hospital. The injury was more serious than I suspected. It required emergency surgery and subsequent hospitalization. I called the hotel and advised them. They reacted with unexpected understanding, empathy and flexibility. I was asked how long I needed the room for. We agreed on a three-day extension with the possibility of a further one if needed. In the meantime, I arranged for my pet to be picked up and looked after, which I informed the hotel about and they agreed to cooperate however possible. It was so, that my pet was collected and taken care of. When I subsequently called the hotel to request a further 2-day extension of my reservation, they agreed with minimal bureaucracy, on the contrary, they were totally forthcoming. It should be noted that all this took place at the end of July, during high travel season when hotels are virtually fully booked. I have been a frequent traveler during my business career. Ibis was a chain I used occasionally for convenience reasons. I chose it on this occasion because it accepts pets and was close to the motorway. After this experience, I shall prioritize Ibis wherever I travel in the future. My sincerest expression of thanks and gratitude to the whole staff team of the Ibis Mollet. With best regards RHS

Urban Sabadell offers excellent service and a friendly, uncomplicated checkin. It is located near shops, restaurants and transport. My room was beautiful, new, modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. I could open the windows - even had a private terrace. With the windows open I could hear kids playing and people just going around their daily business. With the windows closed - or at night - all was quiet. The Internet connection was stable and secure. They tided up my room after the first night already - definitely a plus. There was no kitchen (I don‘t need one for a short stay) but there was a fridge and a kettle with complimentary tea, coffee and water in my room. Just fabulous. Highly recommended - thank you all - I will come again.

The hotel has welcoming staff and it was very clean; I reserved a single room. The room had a refrigerator and coffee machine which was really nice. No elevator. Just 7 minutes walk to train station and city center. It has a open bathroom.

    I paid for four nights but ended up staying for two nights...

    I paid for four nights but ended up staying for two nights and requested for my room to be upgraded to just two days and breakfast included, they made me believe they did upgrade it, but it was exactly the same I saw on the type I booked for four days. The room barely has a wardrobe. Also, the breakfast is not okay, needs to be upgraded. Mgt needs to look into that.

    The quiet, you can go to the busy Barcelona center and come back to a nice quiet hotel, to get ready for the next day. The staff is very helpful, and friendly. The restaurant is simple but ti has a great breakfast and two main menus for dinner as well as other local foods.

    Mostly everything is at a very high level. The air conditioner is working perfectly. It can be adjusted as needed. A garage is available in the basement of the hotel for €8 per day. Very accessible from the main highway. And there are plenty of free parking spaces in the area. There are supermarkets and a gas station next to the hotel.

    The staff was great, the free coffee too not every hotel does that kind of thing and the fact that the have put us on the 4 floor although I had my dog. But the room is not wasn’t soundproof, so every single thing the neighbors did well we was hearing it.

    Location is nice. Mollet del Valles is a nice little town just outside Barcelona, so if you want to have a quiet (for local standards) place to sleep while being in BCN this option is great. Very good connection with Barça by bus and train. Price.
