The old house is so pretty and beautifully furnished. Everywhere you look there is such attention to detail, the materials used for the curtains, the cleverly framed pictures and gorgeous lampshades, someone with very good taste was responsible for the decor here. Also it is very conveniently situated if one is going to Bilbao for the ferry. It is right on the edge of a quite road so it is easy to find.

The friendliness of the owner who welcomed my husband, our dog, and I was hearth warming. As it was the first time we went to stay in this hotel 6 months ago. This lady really loves people and dogs. The hotel is near the entry of the town and easy to find. The Plaza Mayor with typical bar and restaurants is a short walk away. There is outside parking available bur for €10 we could park in the hotel's private garage. On both occasions we had a nice meal served by friendly staff at BAR RESTAURANTE NUESTRO SITIO https://nuestrositiotordesillas.com/ locared at the Plaza Mayor. There is an abundance of restaurants with the Parador restaurant having a three star classification for those you want a cullinary expierience.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The air conditioning was very effective. The bed was comfortable and there was no shortage of places to put my belongings unlike many hotels that I have stayed at. The breakfasts were good but most of all the two receptionists were very helpful and approachable. I thoroughy enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Tratada to anyone.
