Amazing stay then we had wonderful family time together, prefect room with poorl-view, relaxing vibe with banana trees in front too, perfect professional cleaning standard, the personnel are very friendly very helpful, which is the BEST reason for us ti extend for other week to stay. My stay at Las Costas Hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I left feeling 100% satisfied. The hotel is perfectly located just 25 meters from the ocean, with several exits directly leading to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying the sea at any time of day. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable; the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, and the common areas were always spotless. The hotel staff was exceptional—polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any request, which made my stay even more memorable. The restaurant was outstanding, offering a wonderful variety of delicious and beautifully presented dishes. Each meal was a delightful experience. The bar featured live music every evening, creating a fantastic atmosphere that brought people together, both young and old. The kids’ play area was also well-organized, allowing parents to relax while their children enjoyed themselves. Overall, I highly recommend Las Costas Hotel. They pay attention to every detail to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. I’m already planning my return!

    It was our third time in Lanzarote, second time in Puerto del Carmen. Love the beaches, and the long walks on the Promenade. Lovely restaurants 😋. Plenty of day outings organised if wanted. Beautiful location. 😍

    You must visit la carmencita del puerto restaurant in matagorda, wonderful place, delicious food unlike anything else on the island. The oasis cocktail and tapas bar on the seafront in Matagorda is also delightful. Tasty high quality tapas and amazing cocktails. Just a 5 minute taxi ride from the main strip. La Capri pizza restaurant in puerto del carmen is also lovely. The pasta dishes are varied and authentic and the pizza is excellent.

    Personally puerto del carmen isn’t for me as there are many more places to stay which are less touristy. If you are looking for lively, busy location not far from the airport this is a great location.

    Everything was great, we had a fantastic holidays and we will be back again. Hotel is family friendly, but also great for couples. We booked a sea view apartment with own balcony were we could relax in the sun. Food was delicious, breakfast was amazing with loads of options, including Prosecco 😂, dinner (buffet) also fantastic with loads of options. Customer Service excellent, very friendly. Apartments are clean and modern. Close to shops, beach and other restaurants and pubs. Overall we had a great experience 👍

    - it was our second stay at ilunion puerto del carmen this year. We solved all issues quickly and got best experience there. - room, pools(25celsius), nice locality, near bus, parking available, room terrace, beach 5 minutes walk. - puerto del carmen playas are best place to stay with kids on Lanzarote. Other good option are playa blanca with playa dorada or playa del salado at la gracioza.

    Great location close to everything going on in Puerto del Carmen. The site was quiet and very clean. We didn’t go in the pool but it looked great. Got to visit loads of places all over Lanzarote as we had hire car. I’d recommend doing that for anyone going for the first time.
