It's so fun for kids, there's so much for the kids to do and its relaxing for the parents, defo use the kids club, Alex is great. The mini disco is awesome and all the entertainment is high quality. Breakfast is fab. I was really impressed! It was busy for a reason! Our room (Barcy apartment) was cleaned every day and loads of lovely towels and dressing gowns. All food buffets really good

We had a wonderful time on the island. The accommodation was perfect. The apartment is in a quiet complex with two swimming pools. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The parking space in the garage is convenient, which we appreciated during the hot days. The apartment is tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you need. We would love to come back and highly recommend it.

The stay was amazing! They even left a bottle of wine for us, and there was a coffee machine available, which was a nice touch. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well-maintained. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and spacious with all essentials provided and even a welcome bottle of wine! The rooftop terrace provided fantastic views of the coast. The location is a bit "in the middle of nowhere". This might be a positive if you want somewhere peaceful to stay but is definitely something to consider. A car is necessary. It is actually only a relatively short drive from both the coast and access to Mount Teide NP.

Nice place. Not overly busy. Plenty of nice places to eat and great bar next to fisherman’s church Suited us perfectly. Los Gigantos along the coast is super easy to walk to in 25 minutes. This is much busier but stunning scenery.

Puerto de Santiago is a beautifully located town with stunning lava cliffs, plenty of parking, many great restaurants and shops, and everything within easy reach. We always felt safe here and truly enjoyed the atmosphere of this place.

We have been travelling to the area for many years and know the best places to eat and drink. The area is very hilly with some hills becoming harder to climb as we get older. However there are many bars and cafes to take a rest. It is good for families with children and grand children but not so much night life for younger couples. Some restaurants have change hands over the years and the quality can change as well. Two restaurants that we always visit at least twice per trip are The Chicken Shack and Fettuccines. which are virtually next door to each other. Both of these are run by the same owners since our first time to the area which is over 25 years ago. The quality is excellent and never disappoints. Look out for them as they are slightly away from the main street.

Sprawling development which merges into Los Gigantes. At the base of a very steep hill. Good selection of restaurants but spread over a large distance. A couple of great restaurants close to Los Dragos.

We are repeat visitors.

We are repeat visitors. For us the attractions are the multiple, good quality restaurants close by and the beach of La Arena. The drawback is the geography: everywhere is uphill, those with mobility problems will find their choices curtailed.

Apartment cleanliness was outstanding. Heated pool was a big bonus. Beds are great and a lot of room for four people. Washing machine and drying machine really good as well as own garage for rental car!! Bathrooms fulfilled our expectations. Mercadona supermarket almost next to the apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped. Small extra room was nice storage for luggage etc. Terrace was really nice to hang around. Very good wi-fi! Overall best apartment we have visited at Tenerife Island.

Great place to stay if you own a limited budget and want to enjoy the ocean view at the same time. Having a glass of wine while watching the sunset was one of the best moments we spent on Tenerife. Coffee and desserts in a local restaurant just under the apartment at a reasonable price and good quality. Place is fully equipped, perfect to rest after a full day of sightseeing. Comfortable bed, washing machine, TV with few spanish channels and good quality internet.

It was our another time in Tenerife. The flat was good equipped and very clean. Two bathrooms are a lifesaver if you travel with more than 2 people. Contact with the owner was great, responded through SMS in couple of minutes every time when I had a question. Great location, shops and restaurants nearby as well as beaches and local markets.

Lovely stay, responsive host. Beds really comfortable, kitchen well equipped. The apartment was clean and tidy. Not crowded near the pool, so wa felt as we are home. Also liked the private parking. Supermarket and restaurant are very close. Definitely one of the best place we've stayed in Puerto de Santiago! Totally recommend!
