The apartment was newly renovated and well appointed. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is right in the middle of San Mateo, just off the main road. There is an excellent patisserie next door which does attract a large crowd but the bedrooms are sufficiently well removed from the road so quiet enough.

We had a truly wonderful stay at El Refugio de Las Vegas. The whole place exudes tranquillity and harmony, perfectly suited for anyone looking to disconnect and relax in nature.
