We spent a week in the hotel, we had half board and it was quite enough for us. But if someone has different needs, there are many restaurants, cafes and shops around the hotel. Right next to the hotel there is a promenade and an excellent beach. The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We would like to give special praise to the waiter Salek from the restaurant, who was smiling from ear to ear all seven days.

This hotel is almost perfect. Having stayed at a similar place in the south of Lanzarote, I can say the Barceló was the better choice! Service was outstanding and friendly from the get-go, from the reception to the bar, restaurant and cleaning staff. The food was amazing and it changed every day. Special thanks to Guacimara, she was the best! The room was spacious and very comfortable, and so was the bathroom. There are several restaurants and bars open until 12pm, so there's always something to do.

I found this property at the last minute, and I’m so glad I did. The house is spacious, with two floors, and beautifully decorated by the host. Every detail is well thought out — from the matching décor to the perfectly placed furniture. The comfortable couch and several tables with intricate woodcarvings make it feel truly special. I particularly enjoyed the dining table with its lovely view outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. There’s an espresso machine (which I used often), along with complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar — a thoughtful touch. You’ll also find basic spices, clean and modern cookware, a kettle, mixing bowls, and good-quality knives. It’s perfect for longer stays, especially if you enjoy cooking your own meals. The back patio offers seating, a washing machine, and a drying rack. I often had little gecko visitors, which added to the charm. Upstairs are two bedrooms; the main one has a balcony with a fantastic distant ocean view. Both rooms are stylish and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. The bathroom has warm water, soap, shampoo, and soft, great-smelling towels. The location is excellent — it’s the last house in a small block on the edge of Costa Teguise, far enough from the busy center to be peaceful, yet only a pleasant 15-minute walk to both the town and the beach. There’s private parking right in front, and the neighborhood is very quiet with a pleasant breeze. For me, no fan or A/C was needed in summer. Right behind the house is a stunning cactus garden. On clear nights, the stargazing is incredible — millions of stars light up the sky. Costa Teguise is a great base for exploring the island, close to Arrecife (just 15 minutes away) and surrounded by plenty of grocery stores, both small and large. The internet is fast and stable (35/56 Mbps). The smart TV has a gorgeous display, a fast interface and Bluetooth. Finally, the host is wonderfully kind and a genuinely cool person.

The property is in a good location, short walk from the beach in a quiet residential complex. It is clean, spacious and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.     I have been to Costa Teguise many times, to be fair I was somewhat disappointed this time, it has become more like Benidorm. Numerous Irish Bars, four or five curry houses, English breakfasts everywhere and lots of rather drunk people around. Dont get me wrong there was no trouble but not what I previously experienced.

    Only a short trip from the airport, that is why we have chosen this resort last half a dozen times. The restaurant staff are always friendly, The same in the shops. When we started to visit Lanzarote we were much younger and visited all the main places to go. Now we happy to just enjoy the lovely beaches and walks. The steak houses and Chinese restaurants are superb. Easy to walk to where you need to go, if you able.

    Has a reputation for being windy - when its 30 plus - you need some wind - horses for courses - been to Puerto del carmen previously - whilst livelier we like the quieter aspect of Teguise. Although sadly it looks like they are developing it into another big resort. Some nice restaurants - but like all places tend to have same menu in different order-mention Flintstones if you fancy some good old witty banter and good food and the Chinese buffet is good - some of the bars/restaurants do charge excessively so be careful where you drink - but up to your budget. Do make a trip to Acerife itself very nice - if you dont mind a bit of wind lovely place - a lot quieter than other resorts.

    This was our second year staying at a villa at playa roca, we have completely fallen in love with Costa Teguise for our family. We love the restaurants as they are a very good standard and the cost is also good. Definitely much cheaper than eating out in the UK. Love the evening entertainment with live singers in very spacious bars and the cost of cocktails are definitely half the price of UK prices. There is a beautiful walk around the resort where you have cyclists, e scooters , walkers and wheelchair users and it is lit in the evening. We have walked this at midnight and love the fact you never feel unsafe. There are lots of play areas for young children and it’s definitely a family oriented resort. They offer water sports at the beach like windsurfing and other water sports. The party people often tend to be in Puerto del carmen which keeps this resort so family friendly and safe.

    Visited many occasions! not sure why its just grabbed me and cant really point out the exact reason but we go back each year and really look forward to it. you can sit at a bar and everyone moves around to accommodate you and then you can start chatting and having a great night with strangers! Food choices exceptional, great relaxed vibe and plenty of choice for all ages. Beach lovely albeit they have been having problems on the beach beds over the years and on several occasions, and as in our latest visit, they are not on the sand; which is a shame as i like a day on the beach! Stayed in hotels and self catering and there is always loads of choices on what kind of holiday you want.

    Large, buzzy hotel, most guests staying all-inclusive (we were breakfast only). Great location in Costa Teguise. The breakfast service was excellent, a well stocked buffet with loads of choice. The on-site bar/cafe was very good and actually better than some of the restaurants in the surrounding area. Very nice pool area, although busy. OK gym, nice spa (although some of it was out of action). The rooms were fine but smaller than expected. Staff were all lovely and very helpful.

    I thought the breakfast was great. Lots of nice options. Lunch and dinner had lots of choices. The food quality was fine. Great value for all inclusive.i like that there were plenty of sun loungers and I thought the location was good. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. You are close to a nice walk along the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. I also really liked my room. I had great sunshine coming on to my balcony every morning. It was lovely.

    The location is great - plenty to do in the area. The shower was awesome and the towels were lovely and fluffy. Once I managed to change the language on the TV from German to English, I was able to use it (although not a smart TV so no access to any apps). Costa Teguise is also only a 30 minutes ride on a bus to Arrecife and it is well worth a visit. A cake and coffee at the Gran Hotel is a must!

    Location is fantastic, a nice walk to either the centre of Costa teguise and even shorter walks to nice beaches where you can some nice snorkelling. The property itself is spacious, has a great pool and communal areas. It has everything you need to cook for your group. The staff who are based in the reception of vitalclass hotel which is a 2min walk away are extremely friendly and hospitable.

    We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. The location is excellent, sea view rooms are very comfortable and the balconies catch the afternoon sun. There are plenty of bars and restaurants near by and a selection of shops. It has always been our favourite hotel when staying in Costa Teguise.
