This adorable little property is a gem in a tiny farm hamlet right on the Camino between Sarria and Portomarin. Sit on the front step and watch the little herd of cows being driven past. The friendly owner who lives nearby leaves eggs, fruit, rolls, biscuits and drinks for your snacks and breakfast; pick up something in a supermarket before you leave Sarria to make your dinner in the well appointed kitchen. Fabulous hotel five minutes walk from the centre of lugo. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were wonderful. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, really spacious and so clean. The concierge gave us great information and suggested a fantastic restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was extensive and great quality. We loved lugo and adored this hotel.

The hotel is beautifully decorated in a French antique style. It’s conveniently located inside the walls and very close to the cathedral and main restaurant area. The staff were friendly and kind. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection (the widest selection of premium cheeses I’ve ever seen at a breakfast buffet). Highly recommended a stay here.

What a pleasant surprise! Modern and elegant hotel. We were made most welcome by multi-lingual Maria at reception, and later greeted by the owner. Had pre-dinner drinks at the bar, then 12 year old brandy after dinner. Excellent buffet breakfast for only 6€. Very quiet location, great view from the room and comfy beds. Sparkling bathroom. Great value for money.
