I loved it. The atmosphere was warm and amazing; the place was clean and beautiful. It includes towels, sheets, shampoos, etc. It was in a good area and it was peaceful and safe there. The price-quality ratio was really good, and it was close to the campus. Intructions were clear and it was easy to leave, because the price included cleaning. We'll come back again!

As expected, there were good reasons for lots of positive reviews. It was almost perfect in every way. We liked almost everything including location, cleanliness, facilities, furniture and decoration. In particular, the towels and beds were clean without any smell and bed was comfortable. I usually stick to hotels because of the old musty smell that comes from mattresses, sofas, and towels in accommodations that many people use, but this place was an exception!

I don’t know why this hotel gets such bad reviews. The common areas are dated and old but clean. The room and bathroom were newly renovated and spacious. It is clean. Location is great. Short walking distance from train station. On the way there are restaurants. All sights to visit are within walking distance. Good value for money.

Beautiful old harbor house - a bit outside Kokkola - so very quiet (at least in the winter). Pizza bakery nearby. Sauna available with dive in the digged hole in the ice! Would love to come back in the summer!!! ☀️Nearby (neighbor) café must be great in the summer too!
