The rooms were very nicely made up. Furniture was brand new and must have been installed recently. Beds and pillows really comfy. Staff was amazing, everybody was so kind and helpful, we felt right at home. Food was excellent with acceptable waiting times and the service was lovely. The island itself is very nice with many hidden secluded beaches you have entirely to yourself!!we really, really enjoyed the stay and def come back!

This property was the perfect spot in so many aspects, food, the jungle retreat, the beauty of the tent bures, the staff. I couldn't have chosen better, snd would recommend to anyone just before or after their island adventure. The staff couldn't be more wonderful, everybody knows your name and finds solutions, for example for late checkouts.

We arrived home yesterday from our 5 day holiday to First Landing Resort. I have travelled to many places throughout the world, but I have never experienced a holiday like this. Not only is the resort a serene oasis, but it is surrounded by beautiful, manicured gardens and water views that stretch for miles. Food is varied and impeccable. But what made this holiday as wonderful as it was were the staff. Throughout our stay, we greeted by name wherever we went. The staff were so kind and happy and genuinely treated us like family. As we left, they came and hugged us and reminded us that we are now new members of their very large family. We left with tears in our eyes as we have never ever experienced such gentleness, kindness, happiness, and humility.. This was the perfect holiday for body and soul. YOU MUST GO TO FIRST LANDING RESORT.

Stayed here for numerous times since 2009 when it was still Raffles Gateway Hotel, was happy with the place hence we booked it again this time for our short transit in Fiji. Walking distance to the airport, although a free shuttle is available 24/7. The room is excellent but it is not cheap though. Location is not near any stores but the hotel is sufficient if you are not planning to wonder around nearby.
