Nice calm hotel located in a commercial area, but really easy to reach city center via public transport. Friendly staff, kettle in the room, free bottle of water which you to refill for free (normal water, cold and gas water). Close to a couple of restaurants and big Supermarket with a Sushi bar inside. Private secure parking. For sure, it will be our first on our next visit to Reims.

The helpfulness of all the staff. However is in charge of staff training is doing a fantastic job. I would like to give a special mention to Caroline. On our first stay in December she was our waitress. She was fantastic. On our second stay she was on our floor housekeeping with a colleague. She gave us a very warm greeting. This versatility is very commendable.

Location perfect as we needed an overnight stay on our way to the Alps. Easy to access from the main road. Served very good food so we were able to eat dinner without looking for anything else.

The breakfast was fantastic with homemade jams, fresh bread and croissants. Our stay was excellent. Beautiful house, comfortable room. We were en route so being able to park the car in the courtyard was a great plus. The owners were lovely. Thanks for looking after us so well. We'll definitely return!
