It is not just about a very lovely house in a wonderful location. It was a unique experience of being a guest of welcoming and very friendly hosts. Violaine and Olivier are wonderful people open for new contacts and cultural exchange. My husband and I totally enjoyed our meals together as well as our complete stay. And the food was delicious! (Spoiler: Violaine is a professional French cook 😉). The place was amazing! To us it was a mental retreat from the city hectic and stress, into the heart of Burgundy nature where you hear no car sound and wake up in the morning with chirping birds outside the window and roses in the garden, knowing that there’s a tasty breakfast waiting and a wonderful day ahead…

It' a lovely place off the beaten track. The rooms are renovated very nicely and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. If you stay there, book youself in for dinner. The food was great! We and our kids enjoyed every bite of it. Definetly a place to come back to.

The accommodation was a terrific positive surprise. It was clean, beautifully decorated, not too much, but very soothing, and most important, very spacious. In addition, Blondine was a wonderful host, always friendly, and always there to ensure our comfort and to advise on the locality. This is one of the best Chambre d’hote we have stayed in. A beautiful farm setting, yet within easy reach of commercial facilities. We were keen to cycle the area, and in particular, the Canal de Borgogna was a fantastic ride, free from road traffic. A highly recommended place to stay for a peaceful rest or stop-over.

Lovely quiet B&B with two very friendly hosts. We were welcomed very warmly. After arrival Laurent cooked a delicious meal for us. We had an excellent room with use of a large bathroom. The next day we could have breakfast outside in the sun.
