The staff was really wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were like new, a good size, and the beds were very comfortable. Great breakfast and restaurant, though the restaurant was only open on Fridays and weekends during my stay. The hotel is in a perfect location - close to the train station for Nice and even closer to the bus stops for the routes that go around Monaco. Since it is right at the border of Monaco and France, so getting a car to and from the airport was easy (Uber and Bolt don't operate in Monaco, and cabs are extremely expensive).

All clean, everything worked, very nice studio apartment. Everything is reachable by foot from the location (2km walk shouldn't be any issue). The view is also very nice, and the balcony more than spacious enough for two people.

Location close to Gare Monte Carlo and bus routes to catch bus or walk down to the port. Bed comfortable, had a Nespresso coffee machine, excellent bathroom. Host gave very helpful instructions for getting in.

I am on vacation during the European summer and have stayed in several apartments, but this one is special, it has everything! The owner has thought of everything! You can book it if you want to have this experience. I thought it was special to have a needle and thread kit, in case you need it! I would live in that apartment! It has all the kitchen utensils, a bed and clean, smelling sheets. I will definitely book that apartment again!

I had the most amazing stay, everything was beyond great (up there in my Booking.com breaks). Greg and wife were so attentive, room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. They even gave me a leaving gift for my partner on leaving. Only a short walk to Monaco. The place to stay if in the area😊

I could see us staying in Beausoleil for a longer period in the future. The local markets are fantastic and we did lots of shopping there. We have been staying in Monaco for 15 years almost every year and in the Beausoleil side and have been very happy with the distance to places. Lots of stairs though if that's an issue. Morning traffic in the shopping district is enjoyable to watch and the lifts take you to the beach in 5 minutes.

Beausoleil is within walking distance of the centre of Monaco and much more affordable than Monaco accommodation. There is a hop on, hop off bus but most things are within walking distance if you are of a reasonable fitness and you get a better feel of the place too. Food can be relatively inexpensive, so you don't have to spend a fortune. Great place to stay for a couple of days and see all the sights.

Was an ideal location to get to everywhere we needed to.

Was an ideal location to get to everywhere we needed to. We ate at Nobu which was incredible with superb food and service. There was supermarkets although a lot of steps to go down but had escalators to get back, overall a lovely place to stay.

Staying in Beausoleil is a much more cost effective way of enjoying Monaco. The apartment sizes are generally bigger and you can stay in older traditional properties rather than apartment blocks. You are always within walking distance of Monte Carlo, the Roc and the port. The walks up the mountain behind Beausoleil are spectacular.

Beausoleil is just located on the French side and is a small nice little town, with Monaco at walking distance. This makes Beausoleil very attractive! It also has a nice small shopping area with cosy restaurants and a fresh market place. Public transportation is also well arranged. And if you like high-class, just walk down to Monaco, it is only a 15 min walk!

Beausoleil has a charming market area with places to eat and drink, as well as the market itself. However, there are some less pleasant areas that feel less safe. Unfortunately, the allure of Beausoleil lies in its proximity to the wonderful Monaco, which is on a whole different level in terms of beauty, cleanliness, and safety, making it incomparable to Beausoleil.

The room is big and bright with a little balcony. Very clean, little kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge and well equipped. Location is excellent,.at the border of Monaco and France but 10 mins walk from Monte Carlo and the bus stop is not far away with plenty of buses to all parts. I would recommend this hotel. A great location for all the hot spots and close to public lifts and escalators.

After reading previous reviews was pleasantly surprised...you get what you pay for obviously and if you want 5 star treatment then book at Hotel de Paris 7 minutes away at €5K per night.
