I booked this hotel as needed something close to bus station at Quai de Bercy. It took me less than 10mins to get there by taxi and the area where hotel is located is pretty nice and quiet (at least was on Sunday evening). The hotel is nice, has vending and coffee machine in the lobby, a restaurant where breakfasts are served and you can also eat during other time of the day. The room was "budget" but had everything I needed - a comfortable bed, a desk and a bathroom with shower and amenities.

The reason I was so happy with my stay here was the staff member at the reception desk on floor R. When me and my friend departed in the morning, we were 1 euro short of paying the bus fare, and there were no ATMs anywhere nearby. If we didnt catch that bus, we would've missed our trip home, so I asked the staff member if she could give me 1 euro. Without even asking why, she went to her bag and gave me 1 euro of her own money. That was such a lifesaver for us. This is the sort of kindness that makes me want to go back somewhere, that employee should have her pay raised.

This was an exceptional experience from the moment we checked in ! Myself and the two daughters stayed there for 3 nights from the 8th to the 11th of June. We arrived at the hotel very late , and very tired . We were checked in by this lovely young man ( I didn't think to take his name down ) What a lovely person he was ! ... very friendly , chatty, just nice in general! When we were leaving the desk to finally go to the room, he told us to get in touch with the reception if we needed anything as he would be there all night till 7 am . Of course, we forgot the conventer to charge the phone so the two girls went to get it from the reception and he found one for us , we brought some ready to go food so the girls went back again to see if that could be heated up for them and that wasnt a problem either , the next day we met him again and he stopped to chat to us , give us recommendation where to go and what to visit etc.... so the welcome was amazing . we missed breakfast time! We came down for breakfast at 9:50, and breakfast was served till 9:30. Syprien explained to us that breakfast was finished like 20 min ago , we were disappointed but ready to accept the fact that we were late ... everything was cleared up so we kmew theres no chance we can get food , i was wrong as Syprien didn't even hesitate to give us a table and told us to help ourselves from what ever was on a trolley. Nothing was too much for him , then Rachida, who went to the kitchen and got us a plate of pastries and told us to call her if there's anything else she could do for us !! I couldn't believe that they went that extra step for us . When i was thanking Rachida , she said that is not a big deal as she is here to help us ! They left me speechless! WHAT A TEAM!!!

Nice safe neighbourhood with a parking spot in a private garage. Near metro station that takes you about anywhere in Paris. On your way you'll pass a delicious boulangerie. The code for the lock that held the keys didn't work and the owner replied immediately despite it being 1:30 AM.

This conveniently located hotel, easy to reach from any...

This conveniently located hotel, easy to reach from any place in Paris, allowed me to have a very comfortable, quiet, clean room for a budget price. While other hotels were so expensive, with this this hotel Porte de Bercy I could afford to stay in Paris. The food for breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious, in large and airy rooms. I recommend it to tourist so they can sleep well and do not burn a hole in their wallet

Reception needs a bit of more warm attitude. pls provide water atleast. requested for water so many times.... that was the only issue. The cost of restaurant was too much. so, i didnt take their buffet as you can eat at onethird price just in next shop...

I arrived late in the night. Thanks to a precise instruction I easily accessed the property with keys. A big flat on ground floor was at my disposal. Bathroom with a bath, kitchen with all necessary items table, bad all the furniture. It feels not like a hotel but rather as a lived-in apartment - very cozy as you are a someones guest.

5 minutes walk to metro station, kitchen is convenient, staffs are very friendly. There is cold water fountain at the hotel lobby, and a small convenient store where you can get snacks, foods, and daily specials.

The hotel is nice, but could be cleaner. There were room service trays in the hall for 2 days (we had to ask the reception to move them), lots of dirty plates, glasses and cups at the breakfast.

A well presented and maintained hotel. Good facilities and a comfortable room. Located right by a bus line that goes straight into the centre of Paris. Parking was an added bonus.

The holet was correct. The staff helpful. It's a simple hotel. Next to the hotel there is a shopping centre, and a little square with a bar. The area is quite tranquil.
