Beautiful interesting city with lots of history- and an amazing museum ( which is free on the first Sunday of the month) to explain it all. Lots of places to eat and drink and some great shops. The ardenne regional park looked lovely and worth an explore. Small centre to the town and very easy to cover on foot. We ate at a fab restaurant ( can’t remember the name) in the place ducale, which is absolutely magnificent, blending the history and grandeur of its buildings with modern life; bars, sandpits, beach volleyball, table tennis, carousel and music.
