Our experience at Disneyland Paris was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, my daughter and I felt truly welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready with a smile. The room was spotless—super clean and well prepared—and we were even greeted with a lovely bowl of fresh fruit, a small detail that made us feel genuinely cared for. What touched me most was how special they made my daughter feel—she truly felt like a princess the entire stay. The magic wasn’t just in the parks, but inside the hotel too! Disney characters often make surprise appearances, which added so much joy and excitement. You also get about an hour before the official park opening to enjoy games, activities, and the unique atmosphere without the big crowds—it was the perfect way to start each day. The restaurants were lovely as well—great food, warm ambiance, and always filled with laughter and smiles. They also help with organizing taxis, which made everything super easy and stress-free. Truly, it felt like home, only with a little extra sparkle. We can’t wait to return and live the magic all over again!

The apartment has a lovely feel to it and is decorated beautifully with nice touches , the kids loved it ! We found the bedrooms comfortable and the kitchen very useful . Everything is very new and clean . The location is excellent as the RER for Disney (one stop) and Paris city ( 35 mins maybe) is a few minutes walk away with a great bakery next to it . There is also a convenient shop opposite the station that was open quite late and a few popular places to eat dotted around . We were so close to Disney though so we used Disney village to eat / enjoy evenings. Sabrina ( the host) is lovely and answered any questions straight away which really helped . Especially when we needed to know something quickly ( before and during the trip .) Instructions for check in were sent promptly and very clear with photos to help . Would definitely recommend and we hope to return

Amazing location, beautiful apartment, excellent view of Val d’Europe and disneyland ☺️ 5-10 min walk away from the train station with one stop away from Marne la vallèe(disney village/disneyland) Carrefour city(supermarket) is just across the street from the apartment. Very big shopping mall 10-15min walk away. This place is honestly amazing would highly recommend and will definitely book again when I come back for disneyland paris ☺️ btw would recommend Pho 14, their food was delicious and honestly a must in this cold weather😁

Chessy is a fantastic place to stay, especially for those visiting Disneyland Paris. The town has a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere while still being incredibly convenient, just minutes away from the parks. The train station in Chessy provides quick and easy access to both Disneyland and central Paris, making it a great base for exploring the area. The local shops and restaurants offer a nice variety, and we found everything we needed close by. The town is clean, well-kept, and family-friendly, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable.

The ad was an inaccurate description of whats available, The sofa bed was not suitable or fit for purpose. The whole place smelt and did not feel clean. They were clearly aware of this as the balcony door was left open on entering

We loved everything about this accommodation. We booked it for a visit to Disneyland but it also allowed us easy access to central Paris. It is 1 minute walk to the train station and 2 minutes walk to the huge shopping centre. The location could not be better. The host was so nice to deal with and the apartment had everything we needed and was clean and warm. We will definitely return if going back to Paris!
