I booked in last minute, literally, due to complications traveling across the channel and must say I was very impressed with the service I received. I was greeted by name and was in my room within minutes, including my three small dogs who were made as welcome as I was. The room was comfortable, the shower was incredible, and the next morning the breakfast was good (highlight being the scrambled eggs). All in all this was a very welcome break located so close to the Chunnel terminal.

We always stay in this hotel on our way to England. It is close to the eurotunnel but still very quite. A lot of place to walk the dogs, dogs are cheap in the room and reception 24h/7 is great when you are arriving late like we usually do.

Excellent location for an early morning tunnel crossing. Free and plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Super clean room. Free items in minibar were a hit w the kids. Breakfast was ok.

Stayed over for one night. All the facilities were good. We enjoyed the recreational area the most, we played squash, did a gym workout and swam in the pool. Our boys also enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were friendly and obliging.

I must say the staff was very helpful. We had to leave early and they made up breakfast a little bit early so we didn't leave hungry. Even helped us on where to have dinner.

We always stay here when in Calais waiting for a ferry the next day. great egg and bacon breakfast at very low price, €7 I think. Free on site parking, very friendly staff, wi-fi, and perfectly adequate at the price which has always been competitive.

    The area is obviously useful for the Eurotunnel and the shopping at Cité Europe, but there is a lot more to discover in the area. La Goudale brewery visit is interesting and there is the Outlet shop for Cristal D’Arques is definitely worth a visit. The sandy beaches are good for relaxing and there is a wealth of history to unlock.

    Very friendly staff.

    Very friendly staff. Super dog friendly - has a separate area of the dining room for people with dogs so our dog could stay with us. Reception open 24/7 so no issues with turning up late. Great place to stay when travelling.

    Perfect stopping point after Eurotunnel for family including dogs. Clean comfortable room with good shower and late check in allowing us to continue long journey in France fresh. Second time we have stayed here and won't be the last.

    The location is excellent for Cite Europe and for the Channel tunnel. Security is good because the site is used by the national police. Room was fine…no real issues..Only down side was the quality of the breakfast…perhaps just not to my liking?

    Room was comfy and cool.

    Room was comfy and cool. Gardens great and proximity to the Loire so could dog walk. Breakfast less than average. Got there at 8.30 (available until 9.30) but no bread available,no croissants. Egg and bacon arrived after I had left!

    We stay here on every trip from our home in France to visit family in the UK and I'm always happy to leave a positive review. The lady on reception - whose name, regrettably, I still do not know - always makes us feel welcome and, as I have previously noted, she is an excellent ambassador for the hotel. The restaurant offers great food and wine and the breakfasts are all we could want or need.

    The stay here was the best on our tour in France. The hotel is modern, bright and comfortable. The staff are friendly and the facilities great. It's located in a very quiet part of Coquelles, still close to the Euro tunnel and a big shopping centre nearby (by car). Pets are welcome. We had dinner and breakfast there, both excellent.

    No staff onsite, all done via machine and code. Room clean but small, lethal steep staircase. can't swing a cat in this. Never again, and will use my regular hotel in Calais Coquelle again in the future.

    Great location 10 Minutes to Le Shuttle Terminal in Calais. Perfect if you need want an overnight break before an early Le Shuttle and a long road journey in the UK.
