Nice and cozy hotel, quiet rooms and designed equipment in the lobby. Literally few steps from the CDG Airport shuttle train called CDGVAL so no taxi needed. Amazing lobby bar with professional and happy staff, a welcome drinks have been offered to us.

    I did raise a complaint with Booking.Com, although nothing was done. The room was so dirty I had to pay for another hotel for the week, and leave the first morning (I only stayed for one night). The shower stank, the floors and walls where dirty, the furniture was all scratched (plastic, all scratched and marked). The botttoms of the curtains where filthy. It was terrible.

    Usually this hotel is € 50 a night but because there was an exhibition in Paris I paid € 900 for 3 nights. Had a kettle in the room but no cups , no coffee or tea ?? So why have a kettle. Asked for an iron and they said the last person didn't return it a few months ago but they haven't bought a new one ? Breakfast was good and staff helpful
