I loved everything really. Starting from the smallest details in the room, It was spotless, smelled like heaven, and everything was so tidy and thoughtfully arranged. Claire and Ivan are truly some of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. I went alone, hoping to relax, and they made me feel like I was with family, while still giving me the space I needed for myself. I came back home feeling recharged full of peace, happiness, and most of all, love. The house carries a beautiful calm energy; you can just feel it the moment you walk in. Whether you’re going alone or with someone, this is the place to be. They even suggested one of the most beautiful itineraries for me to explore, took time to explain every step, and showed so much patience and care in the tiniest details. Breakfast was made with so much love and you can truly taste and feel it. I could write pages about this stay. I’m genuinely so satisfied with everything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this dreamy, unforgettable weekend.

We didn't like Grasse.

We didn't like Grasse. The old town was seedy and felt unsafe at night. During the day my husband and I took a walk around the town. We came across a very large square that was filled with only men - not a woman in sight. When we walked into the square, they all stopped and looked at me as if to say 'What is a woman doing here?'. It was very strange to experience this in France. At night we chose to stay in and cook rather than go to a restaurant simply because it did not feel safe.

Beautiful city and probably very interesting during the day. Spectacular views. At night the centre was very quiet ,in fact dead. Everywhere seemed to be closed except some seedy-looking bars which housed some dubious-looking clients. Virtually no women or young people around . Not a nice atmosphere. Only there for one night .

Great by daytime with charming shops and the renowned purfumeries (Fragonard, etc). Be prepared to splash out in the numerous shops. Somewhat gloomy and unsafe at night, no locals in the streets, all decent places closed, and lots of immigrants that do not look exactly happy and well-to-do.

Perfume heaven! Plenty of indie perfumers. The wonderful International Museum of Perfumery and Fragonard (Fragonard museum is free) are 'must visits) . Restaurants were variable and we found traditional French style restaurants a bit thin on the ground., however we enjoyed La Tannerie, with great French cuisine, superb service and good value. Plenty of pizza, snacks and cafes There's a very well stocked Monoprix supermarket, a food market on Tuesday mornings in the square and plenty of cheese shops and boulangeries.and the local provencal rose wines are delicious! Bring good walking shoes as the tiny streets are quite steep in places. The town is clean and friendly

Grasse is a historic perfume centre in south-east France.

Grasse is a historic perfume centre in south-east France. Perfume is the main focus of the town, with shops, museums and tours centred on its production. The Museum Fragonard is an interesting experience, to be recommended. The town is easy to walk round, though getting buses in and out of the town involve considerable walking. It can be busy with cars at times.

Amazing, cozy, unforgettable An oasis of tranquility and idyllic atmosphere! The house is very cozy and very well presented, spotlessly clean! From the garden, the horses and the views, all is incredible! You can see the Grasse and other areas out into the mountains. We love our time here! Murielle is extremely friendly and very kind! She gave us many advices about what to do in zone. Thank you for our unforgettable experience! We hope we will return soon!

This is a quirky yet incredibly charming little apartment, nestled in the most endearing neighbourhood. You are spoiled for a choice of places to eat, and there shops and galleries within a short walk. Our host was friendly and helpful and the flat was clean and well-kept with plenty of natural light and excellent WiFi. I absolutely loved my stay there and I recommend anyone visiting Grasse to consider it!

Beautiful retreat on the outskirts of Grasse, peaceful and quiet, with an amazing garden. Priscilla and Lorenzo were very friendly and welcoming, happy to give advice on local restaurants, attractions, etc... Breakfast was served in the garden, with well taught out selection of quality local products. There is a great, large pool with shower on site, perfect for cooling down in the summer heat.
