Simple overnight apartment with comfortable, fresh beds. Fully equipped kitchen. We were a family of five and stayed two nights to explore Normandy. The flat tv was a nice break for the kids during the evening.

I like the fact that each bed is furnished with lights, shelves, USB ports as well as electric outlet, an curtain for privacy as fellow roommates arrive at all hours of the night without disturbing my sleep. There are wall hooks for clothes. The bathroom is always clean. The staff were very friendly and offered help. It is within walking distance from the train as well as bus terminal.

Room was comfortable, clean and bigger than Paris hotel rooms. Location was great, staff was friendly and spoke English, which was helpful since we don’t speak French. We arrived late on Saturday afternoon and found a nearby restaurant that was open.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. Although the room lacked air condition (it was okay, because I knew it in advance) and the weather was hot, the climate in Caen helped and the room cooled down during night, so I felt comfortable. There was enough space. The hotel is in the center of the city. I used public transport for transfers, and the bus and tram stops were nearby.

The owner was great. Upgraded us (not at our request) at no extra charge as he had a larger room available. Very friendly. He even helped carry our bags to our room which was very kind of him. Breakfast was simple but excellent. Hotel was incredibly quiet overnight despite it's central city location. Public parking v convenient. Everything was just great. Perfect location for a short city break.

A small, inexpensive hotel, restaurants easy to find like anywhere else, just what I wanted, for a lovely get-together. Caen city center is 10 minutes away and very beautiful, right on the water. Strolls along the horse paddock and greenways. Plenty of public transport, and a trip to Ouistreham is also nearby. It's a mini-break I'd love to repeat soon. Pascal from the 27th

Clean sheets and pillowcases but stained, torn curtains, lots of noise from other guests. Small but pleasant room, lacks air conditioning and a small refrigerator. Okay for one night, but disappointing for longer stays. Pleasant reception staff, easy access to the room

Not a great deal to be positive about ! The hotel was quite out of the way , opposite a busy road and a carwash. There were no restaurants close by within walking distance and no food available at the hotel apart from breakfast. This hotel is very dated ,we were on the second floor, the stairs are outside there is no lift. The room was clean, although we had to wait to go in as it was being cleaned . I would not stay at this hotel again due to the outdatedness of it ,and the location .

The hotel was in a good location for our trip. It was a stop off which was pretty much still on our route so we were able to be back on our way the next morning. There was a restaurant on the industrial estate but my French isn't good enough so we ended up walking to the nearest McDonald's which was easy enough to do, the neighbourhood seemed friendly enough. The breakfast at the hotel was really nice as well, plenty of selection.

Cleanliness throughout the property, friendliness of the staff, quality & variety of the breakfast. Unusual to have a bar with draught beer in a hotel of this type. Very good selection of products kept by reception available event at 23:30 when we arrived.

We chose this place to breakup the trip to the Netherlands from the south of Spain. It is a typical B&B Hotel I would say. Nothing special to mentioned for a one night stay over its a very good place. Safe car park on compound.
