My stay at the hotel was fantastic! I found it in one of the best locations in the beautiful city of Annecy — it was literally steps away from the center of the city. It was well situated as it was walking distance to all the major shops and must see attractions. The staff was also very kind and hospitable; they took their time to guide me as far as suggesting their own personal recommendations and directions. The hotel itself was incredibly beautiful and very unique — everywhere you looked there was intricate artwork. I felt as though I time traveled as it was very art deco and cool. The room also was very cozy and clean. Had I had time, I would have extended but will definitely stay again

Gorgeous historic castle in a nice location quite close to Annecy. Very friendly staff who also told us a little about the history of the castle. Excellent breakfast. It was a truly fantastic stay.

We loved staying at this small hotel. Camille and Charles who are the owners made us feel welcome and loved. All the staff are very friendly and are ready to help at all times. The hotel is in the centre of the old town and it is easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Although it is a small hotel, it has all the amenities that any big hotel would offer. The restaurant is lovely and serves a good breakfast and a fine dining dinner. The food is very good . One of the best we have stayed in.

Great to have a luxurious hotel on our travels, the heated pool was lovely, the water cooler (both still and sparkling) was a lovely touch and great to have a bakery to buy on the go breakfast

Very professional, friendly and approachable staff during our stay (receptionist, in the SPA, dinner and breakfast). Plenty of options for dairy free, vegan and vegetarian at the restaurant as well as for the breakfast. Classical and signature cocktails are well executed. The hotel is made for an outstanding journey for business as well as for couples. Every single detail and special request are taken into account. We will definitely come back!

Hotel is on amazing location with breathtaking view on Annecy lake. Room was quite big with electric curtains, coffee machine and comfortable bed. Lady on reception was very kind and breakfast was just perfect. Great value for money, especially taking into account this is a 2 star hotel.

This hotel has a convenient location near the train station and we enjoyed having a room with a balcony. The bed was comfy, everything was clean, breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The entrance and dining areas are nice as is the little terrace out back. You can rent bikes from the hotel, but, unfortunately, we didn't have time. From the hotel, you can get to the old town and lake very easily, and the day of our departure, the hotel kept our luggage while we took one more little walk.
