It was the most beautiful landscape ever. Easy access to the city center even though it's not in it. The staff was amazing. Incredibly polite. The hotel was clean and lovely we cannot wait to go back, we would definitely choose it again. Lovely rooms, amazing location, very kind people and great food.

the garden and pool were beautiful, lots of space, with olive and fruit trees - completely private. There were lots of different seating areas - sun, shade, eating, lounging - as we were a group of 6 this allowed us to be together or find our own space which was perfect. the house is charming and very well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. 2 of the bedrooms are in a separate building which suited us. It felt like a real home and not a holiday let which we loved.

No one there to meet and relied on a neighbor (mother) who didn’t speak English. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the cleanliness and truth against the pictures - false advertising. I’ve asked for my money back after booking another hotel immediately but without any response.

The room is chic and relatively spacious. The bathroom is particularly nice and clean. Sufficient sunlight from outside. Just a few minutes walk from the nearest tram or train station. It is important to stress that Anthony was extremely helpful and nice in every single possible way. Had some really enjoyable conversations. Incredibly knowledgeable about the tourist spots, restaurants and most importantly transportation of various cities surrounding Nice. The restaurant recommended in Saint Paul de Vence was possibly the best of my entire trip!

Our fabulous stay at the villa was blessed with sunshine and great fun with our family. The villa was equipped to an excellent standard, best we’ve ever encountered in all our years holidaying in France. We appreciated the many outside seating areas and opportunities for us to play, swim, relax and dine. The high quality of accommodation and cleanliness was notable and worthy of a special mention.
