It was UBER close to the Metro and the supermarket and some restaurants... Super convenient... Obviously none is spending the evenings and days in the hotel in Paris unless sick so... All this factors make it the best possible option.

I recently stayed at Kaza Bella and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering all the comforts of home with the luxury of a hotel stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the living area provided the perfect space to relax after a long day. The location was fantastic — close to great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like complimentary coffee, fast Wi-Fi, and on-site laundry facilities. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

the apartment was very modern, the key lock was very high tech and I could tell alot of thought was given into the place. we managed to lock ourselves of the flat because I didn't type it in right, but Tommy was very accommodating and replied straight away with a new passcode. he was very efficient considering it was a last minute booking, and he would a hundred percent stay there again. I didn't have time to use the jacuzzi bath but the boy said it was amazing. It was great being able to have Netflix/smart TV already logged in. Walking distance to the train station/metro and really easy to get an uber to the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Paris! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hospitality was exceptional, and the warm welcome truly set the tone for our trip. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the nearest metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and definitely worth the money. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will undoubtedly book this apartment again for our future visits to Paris!

Quiet and comfortable to sleep.

Quiet and comfortable to sleep. Very helpful staff, they carried my heavy suitcase to the top floor (there is no lift) and let us leave the luggage for the whole day after we checked out. A bit far from the centre, but the metro is 2 min walk from the hotel.

Location, location next to subway.

Location, location next to subway. The key for me was the subway. It was very automated and AI. It mainly provided a clean, safe room that was close to subway. No restaurant in house or other frills which was good for me.

The receptionist were warmly, nice and kind. Room is neat and has basic amenities. I will advise they get at least one adaptor for each room or put a disclaimer when booking to inform people. Asides the adaptor issue, for me, my stay there was splendid. When l needed to charge my phones, the receptionist gave me an adaptor which l used through out my stay and returned on the last day of my stay.

Though the place was close to a market and metro station, it was very far from Eiffel Tower and other attractions. Minimum travel time was 50 min. Do not recommend it to tourists. There was no one to check us in at night. We had to spend the night outside the property (can you imagine??). It was a terrible experience. No one answered the emergency phone no and the front office incharge was unapologetic about the lapse next morning. They did not share the access code as they were supposed to do on our day of arrival despite several reminders. They were not available at the time of check out. I left the key in the room with the door open. Very very bad experience. Zero customer service.

The place is really quiet. I had a great stay. Yes its a bit outside Paris, however you have the metro station near the accommodation that takes you yo the city center. Also the area has some nice restaurants and boulangeries. enjoy the stay.

The staff is really helpful and kind. They did their best and were very friendly. The hotel is located nearby a pharmacy, a supermarket, and a good cafe and bakery at the center of Maisons Alfort. And the train station to Paris centre is less than 6 blocks away. The breakfast deal for €7 included: a glass of orange juice, coffee or tea, a crispy croissant and half baguette, with butter and fruit jam. Not the best value for money, but nice and available when you need it.

The hotel is good and it has good forniture and cleaning. The problem is that you hear all noises of other rooms. People talking loudly, making love screaming etc. I think this problem may be solved by letting customer signing the hotel rules and checking if it's ok during the night. It is impossible to serve both customers categories at the same time. Hotel should decide who want to host
