A History of Setting Wheels in Motion
Although Mulhouse has a colourful historic centre with cobbled squares and half-timbered houses, the city is best known for its industry. Textile production shot the city into the limelight, a fact detailed in the Museum of Printed Textiles.
The world’s largest train collection is in the multi-coloured French National Railway Museum, next to the Electropolis electricity museum.
