Breakfast absolutely great, hosts very friendly, location very quiet and close to a lake and the sea (walking distance), parking on the spot, spacious beautiful room and dito bathroom upstairs with no defaults whatsoever (except matrass)

The Chalet Suisse is charming and beautifully appointed. Our room was so comfortable. We were greeted warmly, and our host told us some history of the house. Breakfast is served in the conservatory, and a delicious array of homemade jams, bread, and cheese is available. Coffee is good! We would definitely recommend a stay here...the area is tranquil and the seaside is a short drive away. Also, the ferry port is only 40 minutes away.

I was looking for something in Normandy close to the D-Day beaches and I wasn't really expecting much. However, I was blown away. The host Nicolas and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - home-made yoghurt, local cheeses and fresh croissants. You could sense the history of the place. The villa was quiet and peaceful, the rooms were spacious and the bonus were the farm animals. I wish we'd stayed longer.

Wow! Everything about our stay was exceptional. The accommodation was delightful; the bed was super comfy; great bathroom and a stunning kitchen /diner / lounge. Great artworks on the walls and a lovely fresh breakfast. Our hosts were charming and very helpful. They gave us great advice as to where to eat and places to visit. We should have stayed longer - we certainly hope to return soon! Faultless.
