Everything! The staff are amazing, so helpful, so friendly and always professional. A special thank you to Luna and Aya for making our 40th wedding anniversary so special! From the amazing upgraded room, to your suggestions of places to visit, to the pastries, the fresh fruit and a special thank you to Luna, who carried our luggage up the stairs!! Although the restaurants were not open on our anniversary, we did eat at GIGI and everything was beautiful. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by and an amazing indoor food and drink market.

This is an excellent place to stay when visiting Nimes, the room and bathroom are modern, comfortable and convenient. The hotel offers free parking, there is a beautiful garden outside, the staff is extremely polite and friendly. The hotel has an exceptional gourmet restaurant with Michelin stars. Do not make the mistake, not to book a breakfast! Although it is not included in the room price it adds value and unforgettable memories to your stay. Served in an exceptionally high class way, with attention payed to every single product and detail, the breakfast is much more than excellent. The hotel was a perfect get away. The location was great, walking distance to the city center, the hotel had parking which was great since we travelled by car. The hotel had an amazing ambience, beautiful indoor and outdoor areas. Felt like we travelled back in time. The staff was exceptional. Amina and Victoria were great help, very hospitable and always greeted us with a smile. The owner was on the location as well, he gave us tips about what else to see in Provence, very hospitable and warm.
