Hotel des Thermes is in a league of it’s own. Old school-style and standards. The big feature is being served dinner in the palatial dining room where all the owner’s values are echoed: peace, comfort and simple but excellent cuisine. We had his speciality which is most delicious cous cous I’ve ever eaten cooked by the owner himself. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Great shower and everything we needed. All this for an incredibly modest sum. I will be returning as a treat with my daughter in the spring. Can’t wait!

We loved this slightly quirky hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Our room was on the second floor accessible by a lift and a small flight of stairs. The room was not large but the bed was very comfortable, with good pillows! The shower was over the bath - always tricky not to soak the floor! No a/c but we were aware of this when we booked. There were a few different areas to sit - our favourite was the inner courtyard as it was the coolest, but there is a very pretty little garden and two lounges. The food in the restaurant was to a high standard, nicely presented and delicious. Breakfast was again self service with a nice selection of food on offer.

This gem of a hotel was reminiscent of the Logis style of small French family run hotels of old. No fuss, no frills, just good solid service with a smile and a warm welcome. It was immaculately clean and comfortable, well organised, provided the option of an evening meal at the onsite restaurant (which was good and tasty, if a little pricy) and an excellent generous and varied breakfast with a range of local products. Wifi was fast and reliable. Parking safe and easy, adjacent to the rooms. It was very good value for money.

Absolutely lovely property. We very much enjoyed staying in this old castle. We can't even imagine how hard the upkeep of the property is for the caring couple that welcomed us. Dinner was amazing, the hosts were caring and lovely. It was a memorable stay, our first one ever in a space that oozes time that passed a long time ago. Ideal for writers and creative people. Our stay at Chateau de Clusors was an absolutely magnificent experience! Everything was absolutely perfect from the beautifully appointed and comfortable rooms to the delicious homemade breakfast served with honey and condiments made on the property. The property is located in the quiet and serene countryside which only adds to the charm and comfort of the experience and is clearly lovingly maintained. Henri and Christine are gracious and wonderful hosts!
