Stephanie is a superb host/owner. She is friendly, considerate, and helpful. All her recommendations on where to eat and see were spot on. This place is a peaceful and charming B&B located in the small village of Saint-Romain, just 12 minutes outside of Beaune. Their historic building has been updated to modern standards and comes with air conditioning and ceiling fan for comfort. The rooms have nice views and their garden which has the jacuzzi and pool was a great place to hangout. The common area is well equipped with appliances and utensils which are accessible to guests. Breakfast in the outdoor patio with bonus view gave the additional chill vibes.

Great location in a nice small village. Restaurant just around the corner and an amazing coffee place close by! Must visit. Easy access to the appartment, informative hosts, well equipped, clean, pretty place and a very comfortable stay! Plus I could park my van for free, just 1 street away in a special parking area.

Lovely room and location for the stay at this Domain . The pool housed in the wine cave area was just perfect on a red hot day . Our room was at the top of the house and very comfortable in period furniture and we had access to the large kitchen area below where meals were taken , or out in the terrace where we had breakfast . Our host was helpful , even with my poor French we could hold conversation . Unfortunately the restaurant ( the primary reason we booked here ) wasn’t open on the night we stayed which was disappointing however the proprietor made up a huge charcuterie platter for us and we had a gorgeous bottle of wine from a producer just down the road . The village itself was pretty for an evening stroll .

Clean, tidy, charming. In a lovely quiet traditional small village. Host was excellent. Food (menu de jour) was great. And wine recommendations (local champagne and a red) were perfect. Sadly we had to leave early so didn’t get to sample breakfast.

Les Cabottes is a little bit of a different but very pleasant experience but can absolutely be recommended 👍 It’s located a little bit outside Beaune, in a village called Change. The rooms are beautiful and delicious home made food is served in a picnic basket either to enjoy in the room or on your trip around the countryside. Felix and Alexane, the owners, will take good care of you.

A very nice an quiet village the only sounds one can hear...

A very nice an quiet village the only sounds one can hear are from the vineyards and the birds. It's a small village but it has a coffee roaster, very tasty coffee. a bistro with an ever changing menu, friendly locals, wine tasting opportunities in every possible direction, word of advice though, book in advance( few days ahead ) and fresh up on your french.(although everyone knows a little english). If someone likes hiking then they are in for a treat. One can visit ruins in the surrounding landscape.
