It was good location for visiting Colmar and Strasburg. Absolutely charming 4 Stars Hotel, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast (costs 19 euros). Dinner in the restaurant was amazing! Highly recommended!

Great location in old town but next to gate through town walls, with free public parking just outside. Breakfast was excellent. Bed very comfortable. Great shower. Dog was welcome. Best of all, the town is just adorable.

Great location, great people running the place and it has a great amount of space for kids to use the pool, the table tennis table. There is a large amount of space to run around which is fantastic. Rooms are really well kept and the loft bedroom has an awesome feel to it.

The hotel was very quiet. I’m happy that we were able to walk around and enjoy Valff’s magnificent decorations and the colorful lights at night. Getting something from the bakery across the hotel in the morning and taking a short walk was also wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer than just one night. The restaurant was beautifully decorated as well for the New Year’s celebrations. Thank you.

The places seen in Alsace were wonderful, but as usual, in the central European area (especially France, Switzerland, Germany), the hotel services are submediocre, but they are insanely expensive. For example ... for the same money paid here, I could access 5-star (real) services anywhere in Greece on the seashore. So, from this perspective, the feeling is of robbery, not of vacation.

The hotel in proximity of the motorway which makes it very comfortable. Rooms (in a attached building) are modern and very spacious and the bathroom is modern with an excellent rain shower. Food in the restaurant is traditional and very nice. I would stay there again. I liked their christmas decoration!
