It was the most beautiful setting. Stunning building.

It was the most beautiful setting. Stunning building. My en-suite room was so lovely, well equipped. The shower was the best shower I had had for a long time! Just so quiet, peaceful and everyone so welcoming. I loved my stay and wish it could have been there longer. My favourite accommodation on my trip! Will definitely be back 😊

Nothing to dislike. Applecross Inn served good food .

Nothing to dislike. Applecross Inn served good food . I took the pass road in. Magnificent experience but not for the faint hearted. The coastal road was also magnificent scenery which you could take time to enjoy.

Amazing views, especially on the Applecross pass.

Amazing views, especially on the Applecross pass. Take a drive around the coastal route covering the entire peninsula which has some beautiful places. Take a minute to stop at the view points, get out of your vehicle and walk into the wilderness. Enjoy the breath taking views. Applecross has a few amazing places to stay (like Hartfield House), and to eat (like Applecross Walled Garden).

Lovely, a dream, it's look like Anne of the green gables village. You can move around from an attraction to another by walking on a wooden path with deer on sight. The local community is really active and always ready to organize special activities and services for tourists too. The walled garden restaurant is unique and full of surprises.

Applecross was a remote heaven!

Applecross was a remote heaven! Not too busy at this time of year, lucky enough we were to have a gorgeous weather. Weve enjoyed walking around the loch and watched the cows. We had a lovely fish an chips as well as a couple of pints at the fish and chips shack. We will come back!

For the not experienced driver it might be a bit scary to arrive at this lovely village with their beautiful beach and views over the hills. The Applecross Inn is a legend; mind you closed on the Tuesdays. If you’re there and you have to cooke for yourself get enough shopping in as there’s only one tiny shop what does only have the necessary goods. There’s an estate with the famous Scottish Highland Coos grazing. Do not forget the photograph gallery, a small cottage a wee bit outside town, worthwhile a visit. Coffee is for free but you might loose a bit of money as the photos shown are all for sale and definitely worthwhile.
