One of the best hotel spas we've been to in England! The place is really well maintained, has all the charms of yesteryears but the conveniences of today. The hostess prepared and presented the flat to perfection. She thought of everything and it was probably the best night's sleep I had in a long time bed was so comfortable. The flat was small and compact but delightful, spotless clean and well-furnished. In a great location and great value for money. Parking was available nearby in two locations and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended I guarantee this offer is hard to beat if you want to be situated in the heart of a beautiful place Arundel. The hostess was thoughtful and caring, and readily helpful, a pleasure to communicate with. I would not hesitate in booking to stay here again. Perfect for two people.

Accommodation was absolutely perfect, everything was spotlessly clean & clearly a lot of thought had gone into the lovely decor. Nothing was too much trouble for Mike & Jackie, they were both so friendly and gorgeous hosts welcoming us into their stunning home. We stayed for one night as visiting friends nearby. The room had everything you could possibly need and breakfast was more than ample, fresh and tasty. We have stayed in a number of b & b’s over the years and can honestly say Mike & Jackie of 8 Hazel Close, Walberton are by far the best of them all. We highly recommend anybody looking for a perfect bed & breakfast in the Arundel area to hurry and book this lovely place, you definitely wont be disappointed.

A very pretty country town dominated by a magnificent castle and beautiful old buildings; a museum, the WWT Wetlands Centre; a lake; independent shops; lots of antique shops to suit every pocket which we thoroughly enjoyed mooching around; a huge selection of cafes and restaurants (We had a birthday supper at The Parsons Table - delicious!) and endless possibilities for walks along the river and in the surrounding countryside (South Downs).

The town itself has an abundance of pubs/restaurants all very welcoming and compared to London huge meals at a great price and all very nice - not one that we would not return to. We went there for walking and being outside - so many walks - will return

It is such an interesting town and quite hilly, i walked in and visited the cathedral and the castle both were amazing. The castle was huge but was expensive to visit but it does not disappoint. The gardens are also amazing and lovely to see. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who is down that way to visit.

Arundel is beautiful with plenty of cafes, tea rooms, pubs, and restaurants. The art trail happened to be on whilst we were there, and although not our thing, it appeared to be very good. There was an open-air tribute act to ABBA too at night which appeared to be very well organised with a really fantastic atmosphere. The castle is the jewel in the crown and worth every penny to visit.

Arundel castle is probably the best property I have visited, perhaps along with Osborne House on the Isle of Wight. Although the ticket entrance is pricey it was well worth it. A lot of history, beautiful rooms and private chapel. Walled garden is well kept. The cathedral is also worth a visit, very Impressive to look at. Arundel itself us very quaint with great views over the downs.

A lovely 'old fashioned' hotel! The hotel is superbly located in Arundel, serves fabulous food, superb beer, and has the most wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. The breakfast menu was especially noteworthy, with the full 'English' being one of the best we've eaten. The hotel is perfectly located to explore Arundal itself without needing a car, and also makes a great 'base' from which to explore the beautiful West Sussex.

The rooms were very good and well serviced with ample supplies. All staff were friendly and welcoming. There was ample car parking which is a major factor for us since many hotels don't have this or offer a nearby public car park. The breakfast was very good with a good choice available. It was a quiet location convenient for Arundel.

The hotel was very clean. Lovely breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. Ample parking. Minutes from the railway station. Excellent proximity to Arundel town, around 10 minute walk, I use a mobility scooter and it was step free all the way. Great pub in Arundel called The Swan, where we had lunch and dinner... superb food. Great shower.

Excellent location, great room with large comfy bed, on-site parking (reserve in advance). Lucie and Iain (the owners) were very friendly and cooked a great breakfast. Excellent value for money and more of hotel quality than a B&B, highly recommended and will certainly stay there again if going to Arundel.
