Our stay here was exceptional. The property has been beautifully restored and updated. All the extras, Highland soaps, home made chocolate cookies. The beds, pillows all comfortable giving us all an excellent sleep. Topped off with freshly cooked delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend, we didnt want to leave!

The ease of arrival, and help in finding our way including with the Parking was a lovely way of being welcomed. The whole stay was very comfortable. The staff were faultless. Everywhere impeccable and lots of details (quality of soap and shampoos etc a nice surprise.) We would mention in particular Tracey who was so incredibly welcoming and accommodating in terms of our planning and change of mind to stay on. Dinner was five star - and we ate in the hotel the whole time it was so good. And that includes the extremely good value for breakfast which kept us going all day.. The managing team was very present and checking in on the customers which is always a big plus ! Great value for money. We will be back …

We made a last minute booking while travelling. As it was a Monday, the restaurant was closing early and although we’d noted it in the welcome email, Chris took the time to call us and make sure we knew so we could stop on the way. Appreciated that! Breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly. Room was super clean and comfy, exactly what we needed!

This is a really central location for touring around the...

This is a really central location for touring around the Cairngorms - nicely away from the business of Aviemore at night, but only 15 minutes by car for the daytime amenities. There are so many wonders of nature to see, from nesting Ospreys at the RSPB centre to the lochs and mountains - it was a really peaceful and spectacular space to be in.
