appreciated, in particular, the cleanliness of the room and the safe method to get the key. Moreover , it has to be stressed the space of the room , superior than most of the properties in central London, with a huge convenience. Also, the communication with Alex was absolutely useful and immediate when I needed an answer, even since the early morning. New customers have to take count about the extreme advantage to stay , being in your apartments, at only 20 minutes by train to the heart of London . Infact, you can reach directly Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace ; at the same time, you have all the confort of a beautiful area with green parks, a lot of shops, supermarkets, restaurants , and not forgetting that Beckenham has been awarded as one of the best place to live in Beckenham has been named in London in the annual Sunday Times Best Places to Live guide in 2023 ! I suggested your property as a reccomendation to a friend of mine who's just about to receive the visit of his relatives for Christmas. Thank you for everything and for your precious interaction.

The staff are amazing!! The front desk was very supportive. France (front desk assistant) was amazing at answering my questions and helping me sort out any obstacles. She was so kind! Manoj was a great guy, too. He was so helpful! He went full dad mode on my way out. He was concerned that I had breakfast and coffee before I left. Very much a family vibe. This hotel was very clean and the support staff were so kind and sociable when moving around the building. Everyone had a smile, and it seemed like those who worked their both took pride in the space and truly enjoyed connecting with guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to london. Close to the train but also surrounded by lots of food options. The breakfast at the hotel is also very good. They had a little of everything, so it didn't seem like you had to eat the same thing every morning.

This is truly nice, leafy and walkable area of London.

This is truly nice, leafy and walkable area of London. We used to live in Forest Hill and discovered Beckenham during Covid, we think it is real hidden gem of London. It has few beautiful parks to offer, with Beckenham Place Park being probably one of the best in London, if not whole UK. There are lots of pleasant coffee places and restaurants to go out and enjoy, Waitrose and M&S also here and you can get to central London in less than 30 minutes by train from either Beckenham Junction station or New Beckenham station. If you look for quiet, residential and green oasis in London, go and see Beckenham.

The hotel is a short walk to train - Beckenham Junction and New Beckenham. There is an abundance of Restuarants along the main street offering a choice of dining experiences. There is also a variety of Supermarkets, chemist supplies, and retail shopping. Trains are frequent to victoria Station , and one station to Bromley which has a variety of restuarants, and retail .

Easy access into central London as just a short walk to the train station so ideal for anyone looking for greenery/calmness but taking trips centrally. More like a large house than a hotel but this had a nice feel. In a lovely area with lots of restaurants, pubs and bars locally to entertain yourself, all only within a short walk from the hotel. Pleasantly surprised. Is a teeny bit noisy on occasion, like a house ie. doors, stairs but this was fine. Great location and suited us perfectly as Londoners staying overnight in Beckenham after attending an event locally.

Although the description of the property was largely accurate we found it very dated. It was generally clean and everything worked but the furnishings and decor were very average. Breakfast was actually in the basement with no natural light and the offerings were very ordinary. Coffee was not good at all. It was buffet style but a very average selection of continental breakfast items. It was not a nice place to be. On the whole it was an acceptable venue but disappointing, although given London prices I expect that's as much as one can expect. It was noisy at night as our room was at the front with traffic and police cars and general pub goers until around 2am!!

Really annoyed as I travelled from Birmingham to beckenham, to be bitten to Smithereens whilst sleeping in the bed. I’m allergic to bug bites so now my ending of trip is a visit to the doctors or the hospital. After every guest beds should be checked thoroughly and carpet should be cleaned when severely dirty. I had a very itchy swollen weekend which was super uncomfortable and I would not recommend this talk hotel apt in Beckenham to anyone. Aside from that Beckenham is nice to walk around in.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. All facilities expected nowadays were there including USB charging sockets and Netflix on the TV. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice little garden in which we were able to spend time relaxing in the rare UK October sunshine. No British style cooked breakfast but boiled eggs and toast were available . Plenty of cereals, croissants, yoghurts, jams, fruit, juices etc.
