Location was quite near to the Strood station, staffs were genuinely helpful, room was nice and cozy and clean. Had everything I needed in the room including heater, iron with board, dryer and kettle, tea/coffee with milk and good sized TV. Bed was comfortable with table and a good sofa chair. Toilet was good as well, looked very clean. Most importantly, my husband had come for training and had fever whole night which kept me awake and I requested to stay a bit later than the check out time to get some sleep and the staffs were extremely helpful and understanding. Would love to stay here again. Definitely recommend.

Staff were incredible, they really went out of their way to accommodate us after our shower wasn’t running hot. Beautiful little hotel, it was quiet and relaxing. My favourite part of the hotel is the decor by the stairs leading up towards the rooms.
