The location directly in the New Forest, the staff which was so kind and helpful, the rooms which have been entirely renovated, the restaurant for breakfast and supper, the huge garden in front of the hotel, the horses in the parking the morning of our departure (horses are free to go where they want in the New Forest).

Beautiful and relaxing so much history to explore and a must see the wild ponies pigs and deers along with other roaming wild life It’s definitely a places to go and has easy routes to other areas which are also worth visiting. The moor house staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean with a bar and nice area to sit out side with your drink

We have stayed in Burley on several occasions.

We have stayed in Burley on several occasions. There are some lovely walks in the area. It’s nice to see the ponies roaming freely but can be dangerous when you’re trying to drive around them in the middle of the road.

Such a great location to travel around New forest or just to stay and relax in burley itself. Plenty of lovely pubs ,cafes,little niche shops and beautiful walks surrounding burley . Daily visits from horses , cows and donkeys. Great location to visit Isle of Wight.

Burley itself is a pleasant little village, has some interesting shops & some nice cafes It is a good place to stay if you want to visit Beaulieu & is close to some of the bigger towns like Ringwood.

I am biased as I visit Burley every year at this time of the year for one of my Granddaughter's Birthdays. I love Burley! I used to come with my partner in our Camper Van and stay on the Forest for a few days. Unfortunately, he passed away just before Christmas and I am disabled & don't drive. My Granddaughter was upset that Nana wouldn't be able to do the usual trip this year, but I discovered that I could travel there by train - well 3 actually! It took nearly 5 hours, but the Rail Staff were so helpful and I felt accomplished at making the journey alone. Most of the shop keepers in the Village are kind and friendly and the Staff at The Burley Inn were lovely.

We were suposed to stay for two nights, which would have been just right, but terrible weather(amber flood warnings) prevented that. Also we were not there for a holiday but family things so some questions not really appicable.

We visited The White Buck recently for our babymoon and had an absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel is in the perfect location, just a short walk to Burley and a short drive to all the main attractions in the New Forest. The facilities were good, we booked a suite which was spacious with a nice seating area in the room and a bath in the bathroom. The breakfast is great, good selection and well cooked, and we had dinner in the restaurant one evening which was also very good. All in all, a great stay and we will definitely return!

Ideal location for exploring The New Forest, lovely refurb has been done, bringing a sense of warmth and comfort. The General Manager Lucy is just a delight and made us feel so welcome. Also massive credit to her staff members too who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Food was incredible. Room was clean and comfortable, almost as if we are the first to use it. lovely unique building! Thank you

A fantastic choice for breakfast but cooked food was of a moderate standard and very expensive. We upgraded our room for a treat and it was lovely, spacious, plush with plenty of bathroom toiletries. We decided not to eat at the hotel because the choice of dinner menu was not good so we ate at The White Buck and Burley Inn which were both very good meals and reasonably priced.

A lovely village located in the heart of the New Forest with reasonably good access to many points of interest. The hotel is positioned in the very centre of the village. Plenty of on site free parking. Food served throughout day to 8.30. No amenities used by me other than restaurant. Breakfast menu small but included full English.

The location was perfect, lovely and peaceful, footpaths into burley and other New Forest paths were easily accessible. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable, made for a perfect nights rest after a busy day exploring.
