Gorgeous spacious room and bathroom. Delightful staff. Views across the river were spectacular. We had dinner and breakfast- both were excellent. Really recommend the sea food linguine!

Well located, just a few meters from the beach, the hotel surprised us in a positive way. Clean and confortable big rooms, with a huge bed! The staff was very nice and we could park right at the door. Very good hotel at a very reasonable price!

We booked a room including a sea view. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice view of the Pier and the location was perfect. To reach the Beach, it was only a couple Minutes of walking away and around the hotel are many options to go out to have a drink or have nice dinners. The breakfast was awesome as well. There were a lot of options to choose from. It was a buffet and they had things like English breakfast, different kinds of cereal, a waffle machine, different kinds of fruits and juices and a coffee machine. The staff were really friendly and helpful even when we got confused with something and asked for help multiple times, they stayed very professional and friendly with no signs of being annoyed about it. The hotel also offers some nice extras. If you don't need your room to be cleaned you can hang a sign at your door to let the staff know and after 4PM you will be able to get a voucher at the front desk that is worth 5£ which you can use for snacks or drinks in the hotel. I really loved that!

Most beautiful location with direct access to the beach, very attentive staff, nice rooms including wonderful views, great breakfast. We had dinner twice in the restaurant at the hotel which again was of great quality combined with the gorgeous coastal view. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Nice, spacious room with good facilities. Great breakfast options and good quality food. Right in the heart of old Poole town, yet not so near the sometimes lively (noisy?) quayside. Staff very helpful and personable.

The hotel is amazing, very clean, perfect location and the most important is staff. The Reception team was very friendly and helpful! The huge Thanks to Afria ( I am not sure that spelling is correct). This lovely lady upgraded our room which made our stay exceptional! The room was very beautiful and with an incredible view. Stayed in Sandbanks, a short car drive away from Canford Cliffs high street. Lovely resort with fantastic beach, local shop, cafe & a couple of restaurants. Also restaurants in nearby hotels very good. So everything for a relaxed self catering holiday. Chainlink Ferry to Studland, Swanage & Corfe all worth a visit too.
