We really enjoyed the location, the warm atmosphere of the hotel when you step trough the front door, the warm welcome by staff and the exceptionally clean rooms. We pre-booked our tabel at the restaurant in the hotel online. We really loved the menu and we enjoyed well excecuted and delicious dinners. I recommend that you have the lamb shank and mash. I had it twice :)

We had an amazing stay! The room was beautiful with lovely décor, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very attentive—our host upgraded us to a suite and surprised us with port wine and cookies, which we really appreciated. The woman who decorated the room with balloons, flowers, and birthday cards for my fiancé went above and beyond—far more than the few balloons I asked for. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Bristol!
