Everything about Conwy is so beautiful , including where we stayed . The only down side is finding a good place to eat in the evening , a lot of the places we visited from our stay in march 2025 and more recently sept 2025. Not very good quality of food , small portions for a very high price , one of our best meals was actual in a lovely bistro , after visiting snowdon .Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
Conwy is a busy friendly town.
Conwy is a busy friendly town. It has lovely shops, delicatessen, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The harbour is at the bottom end of the High Street where you will find the smallest house and river cruises. There is a lovely coastal walk to the marina from the harbour. This is an amazing medieval city.

Right in the town centre, perfect for visiting the castle and town. Small communal area downstairs to sit, top up refreshments and also had an iron and ironing board. Central location meant it was a little noisy in the evening, but the room had air con so we turned it on and shut the windows (they also provided ear plugs but we didn't need them). I drove and found lots of places to visit within a 30 drive of the hotel. Conwy has lots to see and Llandudno was only 30ish mins away by car and easy to spend a whole day there so the hotel sits in a good location. Nice that the rooms had hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee. It was nice and quiet location, benches outside to sit and eat. Staff were very friendly at check in. The hotel is visually impressive from outside. Staff on the whole were engaging and attentive. Staff refunded our breakfast costs when we had waited for over an hour.
