Mike, our host was absolutely amazing 👏. Really nice guy, gives you knowledge about, local restaurants, shops for filling up the fridge freezer etc. Perfect place for a 'get away and relax' The best part of his place, is the fact that; the main house, lounge and kitchen, is separate, but literally only ten paces from one another. So if there's more than just a couple staying. As in, 4~5 adults, it's perfect (imo) because if anyone wants an early night, they're not going to be disturbed, from the lounge/kitchen. Oh and the wood burning 🔥 fireplace, is hypnotic and so cosy! Never had the central heating on, for the duration of our stay! Would highly recommend 👌. I'll definitely be going back there, the first opportunity I have, to do so!

Daryl was very welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay extra enjoyable: great variable breakfast, offering tea and cookies when we decided to spend the evening on the patio, explaining the different dinner options in detail, the personal communication. When we left, she offered us some travel advice that allowed us to appreciate the surroundings more than expected beforehand. Our room and the ɓ&b in general were stylishly decorated (and spotless).

The house is cosy and warm, very clean and perfect for two persons. There is a pub right in front the house but unfortunately i have not tried. Car park in front of the house. The house has all services and the milk in the fridge it's been really appreciate thank you. Definitely worth the price.

The room was very clean and comfy. Only problem was we couldn't open the window! Beds were superb. Doggies were well received - there's even a dog menu at the restaurant (not sure what it includes as our dogs had their own food). We ate at the restaurant, pub food, all very good. Wifi was good and much needed as we were reluctant to use the post-Brexit roaming (expensive!). No noise at all through the night. We had breakfast the next morning, which was great even if we didn't take the cooked British breakfast option. There is a lovely park and forest across the road, perfect to walk dogs before and after dinner, and also before getting on the road again.
