Absolutely delightful! The hotel itself is perfectly situated but still very peaceful and quiet. My bedroom had all the equipment I needed, and the bathroom was stunning! I had a full english breakfast every morning, perfect each day! And of course, the staff. They were very helpful and all around lovely people. Will definitely come back in this hotel next time I'm visiting Newcastle!

Hotel was beautifully decorated. I was there for a course for work and they were so accomodating. The food in the restaurant at breakfast lunch and dinner were excellent all three days I was there! And very reasonably priced! Staff were amazing and made the experience even better. Shout out to the manager Phil who ran around looking after us and doing everything to make my stay brilliant.
