Lomond Hills Hotel was a great place to stay. Room was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of car parking out the back. Food and service was good too.

The location & facilities were great & the staff were exceptional as was the food. My husband loved the pool & sauna. I was sad to leave today . Met some lovely locals & dogs in the pub in the evenings. Will definitely be back some day

Beautiful old hotel, central in Falkland and the wonderful surrounding nature and farms. The rooms and pub area are extremely cosy and warm, I never felt uncomfortable during my stay here.

Very good place , I stayed there in my way going to Edinburgh, good price if you want to scape from the expensive cost of hotels in the capital . Enormous room with a really good bed, and very clean place. Very fast check in with a nice staff.

I had a great stay at Asal family House. Since I had a car it was perfectly positioned for a nice tour in Fife (the first day) and Stirling (next day) I had no problem parking in the street (for free) every day just in front of the house. Edimburgh airport is 35 minutes away, so it was easy to return my car. The room is very comfortable and bathroom just in front of it. Very quiet at night, I had perfect nights of sleep. Owners were absolutely lovely and caring, made me feel at home. Very quiet and lovely dog too :) I definitely recommend.

Was a very cute one bedroom apartment under a shop, easy to find and get into with parking nearby. Very clean. Wifi worked well. There's a little outdoor area with a table and chairs. The kitchen has everything you need. Very cosy and there is a washing machine so you can get some laundry done. Located right in town so you can walk to shops or the pub easily.

The property is absolute stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. The inside is beautifully decorated, the bedrooms are cosy and comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. We brought our own dough and made pizzas as the kitchen was so spacious. The projector and the star lights give a real homely feel. Really reccomend you stay at the property if your in the area. There is also a lovely cafe nearby called Eden B Den.

Lovely village, better if you have a car to get around, the garden centre is lovely for lunch,due to refurb no restaurant, but plenty places to eat, the Covenanters in Falkland, also the Italian at kings kettle

It was my wedding reception myself and the bridesmaids...

It was my wedding reception myself and the bridesmaids stayed the night before. All the meals were delious and could not fault anything . On my wedding day the staff was so helpfull , they make you fell more like family than a guest . Everything was perfect on the day right from the morning to the evening reception. No faults at all wish we could do this again
