Breakfast was excellent - freshly made dishes to choose from a menu every morning with tea/coffee. Everyone was absolutely nice so we had a truly delightful stay. The place was newly renovated and is very cozy and lovingly furnished. When we arrived in the evening and the weather was not that great we could warm ourselves by the fireplace. Our room was spacious, we had the window to the street but it was not loud. Parking available. We stayed there to visit Canterbury but also made a trip to the outlet center in Ashford and to Whitstable (also highly recommended!). We will definitely come again.

Booked this place due to the incredible reviews and we were so happy with our choice. The location is great, only a 5 min walk from the Canterbury West station. Our room was beautiful, clean and had a street view - the best! We enjoyed a few drinks in the sitting rooms which was a great way to end our day before we went out for dinner. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
