The location is amazing and peaceful Everything was perfect The host is such a lovely woman She goes the extra mile for people. It was my birthday and she got me a very tasty cake. The room had a view on the Lough and was very cosy. Tea, coffee and biscuits are available The breakfast was so tasty I highly recommend the place

It was a very nice B&B with welcoming hosts. They were helpful and provided good advice regarding things to see and places to eat in the neighborhood. The B&B itself is in a very quiet location with a stunning view. The breakfast was excellent.

We had a lovely stay and felt so taken-care of! We had lunch, dinner, and breakfast here! all excellent (especially dinner, salmon + phenomenal rhubarb crisp). Rosemary gave us very good advice, encouraging us to visit Florence Court grounds in late afternoon; this park (with people walking their dogs, curious cows nearby, an ancient yew tree, and spectacular walled gardens) turned out to be one of the highlights of our Ireland trip. We will certainly return if we can!

The check-in service was wonderful as staff were kind and accommodating. The beds were ample size and the room came with complimentary water and coffee/tea. The breakfast was one of the best I've had. We had 2 vegans and 1 vegetarian in the group, so they went out of their way to ensure that we had a cooked breakfast too. Very close to the city centre and right beside Tesco. We didn't have a car, but they even have a charger for electric cars! Great stay and better service! Thanks a lot!

We had breakfast included and it was great. The room was the big surprise. We were on the top floor with a nice view over a park and to the lake. The bed was really comfortable and there was a small alcove where I could have morning coffee while my girlfriend slept in. A few restaurants in Belcoo and a short walk across the bridge to Blacklion for even more pubs and restaurants. We really felt this place had it all
