Absolutely everything about this stay was perfect, from the cheery welcome to checking out and wishing I had booked a longer stay. Great hotel with history. Central location and great breakfast with fruit and fish etc. We also went to the pool and it was nice and clean. Super friendly staff who did not get tired treating us with coffee and biscuits.

It is a big hotel yet they make sure you have all you need. All the staff is very helpful. My room was very clean with a great view of the ocean and plenty of space for my comfort. Excellent. Thank you.

Really spacious room. Everything is very clean. Breakfast was lovely, and they were happy to make me a bespoke order . Staff were incredibly polite and professional. Great location as close to both the boat and bus station.

Very good location overlooking Douglas Bay. Being out of tourist season, it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was complimentary, and there is a nice room with a view outside onto the bay. It was great as a solo traveler like me. If I return to the Isle of Man, I would stay again.
