Absolutely loved it! I was tossing up between staying in a coastal pub or here and decided on here, it was so tranquil, so beautiful with the bishops palace next door and the fields full of lambs! Staff could not have been friendlier, accomodation could not have been better …just perfect!

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were great. The rooms were tastfully decorated and the bed was so comfy - great nights sleep. The location was ideal as only a short walk into the centre with parking.

The location is lovely and we were fortunately blessed with beautiuful sunny autumnal weather to make the most out of the scenery. Rooms were well decorated. The breakfast was exceptional; thick cut unsmoked bacon and tasty sausage with well-cooked mushrooms, eggs, tomato and hash brown. The wholemeal bread used for toast was especially delicious! We had a lovely lunch and two fabulous evening meals there as well and couldn't fault the food. Staff were also lovely!

The hotel was good, but the location was so quiet they had a...

The hotel was good, but the location was so quiet they had a captive audience. The food was expensive for the quality, the local town of Pembroke you could see the tumbleweed, would we stay there again no. Its a shame the staff were outstanding.

It's a beautiful place, quiet and peaceful.

It's a beautiful place, quiet and peaceful. Rooms are lovely bed was comfy. Spa was wonderful. It's just a piece of heaven for the weekend, one of my favourite places to go for a quiet relaxing weekend.

Peaceful place to stay close to lots of beautiful places to...

Peaceful place to stay close to lots of beautiful places to visit including the Bosherton Lakes and Broad Haven South Beach. We ate at the hotel restaurant which had good pizzas and vegan options were available. The spa was relaxing with a pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

Terrible. The receptionist was so rude.

Terrible. The receptionist was so rude. I didn't bother checking -in. I just left. The reception area was dreadful! Not in keeping with the photos shown of spa, which is in a stand alone new building, quite far from the hotel and rooms. Totally devoid of hospitality. Even though the night was prepaid, I opted not to stay. Most unobliging staff.

Nice, cleaned and comfortable I don’t like check in time and check out time very strange . Very short time to stay in room and pay for whole day and night , shoul be at least give up to 12 noon check out.

Small rural Welsh village community, with pleasant walks to the local pub, old Bishop's Palace, and surrounding countryside. Ideal base for those looking to explore Pembroke itself (literally down the road but far enough from the bustle of Pembroke's narrow streets) and the glorious coastal walks and beaches. Sublime.

We paid a little more and got a luxury room which was large and had a wonderful double aspect. We dined in the restaurant twice and had very good meals at reasonable prices. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were friendly and helpful which always goes a long way to making a hotel stay enjoyable. Used the pool and jacuzzi.

Nice breakfast and spa was good with a good size pool. Close enough to walk to the local pub and another hotel restaurant if deciding to eat out but you will need a torch if coming back after sundown.
