Everything was absolutely amazing. I went for the Comic Con, and I had the view exactly towards the building itself. It was very satisfying. The room was clean , the bed comofrtable, and I did love the streaming option for the TV. The internet was great! I had an iron in the room, which is super comfortable. The breakfast was awesome! I loved evey minute of my stay there. November will go again! I'm pretty sure Dale Cooper would love that coffee! And the fact that i received a whole pot of coffee in the mornings.

We have been to Liverpool so many times and never get bored with it. We spend hours (literally) in the Cavern Club, and the artists and music provided all day/night are super. I recommend getting the open top bus in the summer so you get to see as much as you can and decide where to get off and try the Beatles tour, simply Fab!

The liveliest place I've ever visited with friendly people, beautifully designed places and good quality choices. Lots of people having fun together and evidence of people's input to make places extra pleasing. Lots of karaoke and live music, excellent bands and places to dance and sing. Also the famous docks were well presented with information. The Metro was easy to use and looked just like London underground. Easy to walk around with lots of modern architecture amongst the historical. a vast city and very much a place of bring people together.

Enjoyed the Christmas Market, lots of food and drink stands, a few more gift stands would have been nice though. Liverpool 1 was great for shopping, and the Mersey with its ferry's and Liver Buildings was only 10 minutes away from Liverpool 1. Wish we had more time to do the bus tour.

It's the perfect location for The Empire Theatre, which is the reason we booked it. It's great for exploring the city centre, only a 20min walk to The Albert Docks. The staff were really friendly and helpful and while the hotel is dated, it has everything you need for a base when exploring Liverpool.

Location was prime for visiting docks and city centre, couldn't complain at the price for 2 nights and cracking views across the Mersey. Apartments are above the Malmaison hotel. There was a car park next to the apartments which was £22 per day.
