Plenty to see and do, we mainly walked as the weather was good. We saw the devil wears prada which was excellent, although very very loud. Drinks in the theatre were expensive ( a small glass of wine was £12.50). Plenty going on in Covent Garden’s, and coffee at the rooftop garden in the opera house was a treat.and reasonably priced. The staff there were helpful but very slow, and there seemed to be a lack of cups ans saucers. The waiter had to find used cups and wash them before he was able to complete an order. Also very inexperienced he has ti be shown how to stack 2 coffees onto a tray.

    Location is great.

Location is great. It is the front end personnel that give the experience of the hotel a very bad feeling. The ladies were very helpful the first time I stayed.. Hyde Park is 2 blocks away. Very central for Broadway plays and shopping.

How can one fail to admire London?

How can one fail to admire London? Go to see Changing the Guard, and watch the new Guard preparing to the Guards Barracks. Walk along Thames Path. Visit the free art galleries and museums. Find the old churches, etc.,etc. The list is endless, and the transport links so good

London boasts architectural beauty and offers a wonderful array of museums, art galleries and live performances which are second to none. It is, however, a city with a very high cost of living so some clever planning before your visit can make your trip a lot more stress-free. Getting around London is very easy, especially with the help of Citymapper. There are lots if small eateries and pubs that offer decent food that won't break your bank. As for favourite places... That's each to his own so I'll leave that for you to decide. 😉

Very good - What previous guests thought, 2,994 reviews
We had early flight with children and when arriving at hotel, the first thing we experience very warm welcome from hotel receptionist Ayyaz and his team. ❤️👍 They even let us check in earlier as the kids felt very tired. The property apartments were very clean and having everything needed for a good stay. Also, the property is near to Canary Wharf, shops, tube, most famous attractions etc. When we go back to visit London we would be willing to stay at Fraser Place for sure!

Took two appointments for my daughter’s wedding for the family to be together. The service we received was great. We had the apartment above our grandchildren so they made frequent visits using the lift which only added to what was in every way an exceptional stay. The location was amazing as was the furnishings in both apartments. We will use this for future stays in London as it has a hotel feel with the convenience of a flat.

I m living in London but my flat has a problem and needs to be a few weeks to leave my flat til . fix the problem. I was in a few hotels and apartments, but Kensington Gardens was better than all of them. Nice stuff. I wish I had chosen this apartment at the beginning. Thank you

Great location. Small room. Clean. If you level your expectations and take a look at the pictures, you will be fine. London is not known to be cheap and also its hotels are comparably lower in quality compared to other European countries (e.g. Germany, Switzerland, Italy)

A breath of fresh air when it comes to traditional homestays/apartments/hotels. Very compact studio apartment and perfect for the stay. More affordable than other hotels within the area and closer into central London.
